Abstract

Didalam Artikel ini membahas tentang hadis mukhtalif dan metode penyelesaiannya. Hadis mukhtalif ialah hadits yang terlihat bertentangan, didalam hadis ini diperlukannya penyelesaian kontradiksi antar hadis dengan menggunakan teori mukhtalif hadis. Didalam ilmu mukhtalif hadits dikatakan jika sepasang hadis yang kontradiksi, ada beberapa cara untuk menyelesaiakannya yaitu memakai al-jam’u wataufiq (mengkomromikan keduanya), metode nasakh, dan metode tarjih, jika tiga cara tersebut tidak dapat diselesaikan maka penyelesaian terakhir yaitu tawaqquf. Dalam pembahasan artikel ini akan membahas 3 pasang hadits mukhtalif atau saling bertentangan dengan cara atau metode penyelesaiannya yang dirasa penting untuk dikaji bahkan dibahas karena untuk meminimalisir terjadinya salah penafsiran terhadap hadits yang dibaca oleh pembaca
