Abstract

Sasaran utama dari analisis nilai pelanggan adalah memahami penyebab seorang konsumen untuk memilih satu dari sekian banyak pilihan produk atau layanan.Bagaimana seorang pelanggan mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan pembelian, yaitu: yang dibeli pelanggan adalah nilai, nilai yang menyamai kualitas bergantung pada harga, kualitas termasuk atribut non biaya pada produk, kualitas harga dan nilai adalah relative. Analisis nilai pelanggan menggunakan seluruh informasi yang diperoleh dari pelanggan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana pelanggan tersebut membuat keputusan dalam suatu market place, yang pada akhirnya melalui informasi tersebut suatu perusahaan dapat melakukan suatu perubahan untuk memastikan pelanggan akan membeli produk atau layanan perusahaan tersebut.
