Abstract

Makalah ini berjudul hubungan dan pembagian kerja dalam pengelolaan koperasi. Dalam hal ini penulis berusaha mengkaji apa saja ciri ganda dan permasalahan dalam koperasi serta pola pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab antara pengurus dan manajer. Kelembagaan koperasi adalah penting karna menentukan tujuan kegiatan, status,hukum, manajemen, dan sumber daya manusia di dalam koperasi. Oleh karna itu, ketika hendakmendirikan koperasi , kita harus melihat arah dan tujuan koperasi ekonomi para pendiriOrganisasi Koperasi Pengorganisasian menghasilkan suatu susunan tugas atau tanggung jawabyang terdiri dari bagian – bagian yang terintegasikan melalui hubungan antar bagian dalamkoperasi. Melalui pengorganisasian terjadilah kerja antar orang, antar kelompok, dan antarbagian. Di buatnya makalah ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi tugas dari matakulia koperasi dan umkm syariah serta menambah wawasan agar semakin luas
