Abstract

This study entitled the effect of Compensation, Job Training and Job Satisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance. The formulation of the problem in this study was whether the effect of Compensation, Job Training and Job Satisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance.. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of Compensation, Job Training and Job Satisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance. This research was conducted on marketing employees. While the time of this study was conducted for 11 days, namely on 18 January to 28 January 2020. The population of this study were employees, while the sample of this research is marketing employees amounting to 97 people. Keywords: Compensation, Training, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance
