Abstract

Limbah Hasil perikanan merupakan buangan atau sampah yang dihasilkan oleh aktivitas masyarakat baik dari segi industri pengolahan hasil perikanan maupun industri rumah tangga yang membuat limbah hasil perikanan terbagi 2 jenis limbah yang dihasilkan, yaitu limbah padat dan limbah cair. Namun hal ini secara kolektif belum mampu di manfaatkan kembali (Recycle) oleh sebagian besar masyarakat sekitar untuk ekonom distorsi dapat melakukan pengendalian limbah melalui transaksi ekonomi dengan parameter dokrin, sehingga hal tersebut sangat rasional. Sedangkan kontribusi pemerintah tinggal mengawasi dan membuat suatu regulasi. Eksistensi seperti ini perlu adanya inovasi berbasis korelasi dalam mengatasi permasalahan seperti limbah hasil perikanan yang diciptakan industri-industri pengolahan perikanan maupun rumah tangga. Kebanyakan output dari limbah hasil perikanan yaitu seperti kepala ikan,sisik ikan,tulang ikan, isi perut ikan,darah ikan dengan dominan limbah yang dihasilkan adalah limbah padat namun statusnya belum dimanfaatkan sehingga belum bernilai ekonomis (Luhur E, 2016).
