Abstract

Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui adanya kekuatan/kelemahan, peluang/ancaman yag ada dalam lingkungan pasar dan strategi bisnis yang baik untuk diterapkan dalam pasar tradisional dan implikasinya terhadap strategi pemasaran. Metodologi - Penelitian ini adalah mengambalan kebijakan di Pasar Kahayan, berkaitan dengan meningkatkan dan meningkatkan Pasar Kahayan. Implikasi dan Keterbatasan: a) penelitian hanya dilakukan dalam Pasar Tradisional Kahayan, dan b) penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang mana proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam waktu terbatas, sementara lingkungan pasar mengalami perubahan-perubahan. Oleh sebeb itu, penelitian ini dapat dilakukan di masa yang akan datang.
