Abstract

Koperasi syariah memiliki dua latar belakang pendirian dan kegiatan yang hampir sama kuatnya, yakni sebagai lembaga keuangan mikro dan sebagai lembaga keuangan syariah, melihat dari prinsip-prinsip yang ada dalam koperasi, maka tidak ada hal yang bertentangan dengan syariat Islam. Lembaga ini telah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Akan tetapi perlu adanya penyempurnaan dan pemantauan dalam sistem koperasi yaitu harus terhindarnya dari Riba, Maysir, Ghoror, ataupun Batil.
