Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang ikut terlibat didalam instansi bank sudah sewajarnya diambul dari orang–orang yang sudah berpengalaman dan memiliki kompeten dibidangnya agar pelayanan nasabah dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Hal ini membuat banyak bank kadang menerima karyawan baru dengan cara seleksi sampai mereka akhirnya benar–benar mendapatkan sosok karyawan yang ideal dengan kriteria dari instansi. Semua perusahaan pasti membutuhkan SDM atau sumber daya manusia yang handal dan siap bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya. Perbankanpun tidak akan lepas dari adanya SDM yang benar-benar tangguh dan siap kerja. Sumber daya manusia adalah pengerak usaha bagi bank.
