Abstract

Digitalisasi adalah peralihan interaksi sosial manusia dari teknologi analog ke teknologi digital. Dengan adanya digitalisasi, memungkinkan bisnis yang dulunya analog dan konvensional beralih ke digital business dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Selain itu digitalisasi membuat aktivitas manusia menjadi lebih efisien karena bagian utama dari Digitalisasi adalah otomasi (Bloomberg, 2018).
