Abstract

Laporan keuangan merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kegiatan investasi. Laporan keuangan yang baik menunjukkan semua informasi yang relevan dan kepercayaan tentang bisnis perusahaan. Untuk itu, branding yang baik juga penting dilakukan oleh perusahaan itu sendiri. Adanya laporan keuangan yang baik akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pengawasan pemegang saham untuk mengurangi kemungkinan kerugian atau situasi investasi. Laporan keuangan adalah laporan terstruktur tentang situasi keuangan dan transaksi – transaksi bisnis dari suatu perusahaan. tujuan laporan keuangan pemerintah adalah untuk memberikan informasi yang berguna dalam pengambilan keputusan dan untuk menunjukkan bahwa lembaga pelapor bertanggung jawab atas jaminannya. Bentuk – bentuk laporan keuangan yaitu aktiva, hutang, modal, dan laporan laba rugi. Laporan Keuangan secara umum ada lima macam jenis laporan keuangan, yaitu : neraca, laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan modal, laporan arus kas, laporan catatan atas laporan keuangan.
