Abstract

Secara umum produktivitas kerja karyawan berbanding lurus dengan tingginya daya saing organisasi perusahaan secara keseluruhan dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis, karena semua berkaitan erat dengan tingkat karyawan, kepuasan terhadap organisasi perusahaan, termasuk jaminan gaji yang lebih kompetitif, lebih baik. jaminan karir, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, dan manfaat fasilitas yang ditawarkan. perusahaan sering berjalan secara masif dan radikal, meninggalkan cara lama, dan beralih ke cara baru dan lebih banyak lagi Cara dan metode baru yang diterapkan perusahaan biasanya membutuhkan transformasi bisnis dan manusia transformasi sumber daya. Saat ini dan di masa depan, perlu ada sistem seleksi karyawan yang tepat dikembangkan agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan bidang kerja dan tuntutan organisasi. Pengembangan biasanya dilakukan melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pemahaman budaya perusahaan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan karyawan, termasuk pemahaman keseluruhan tentang lingkungan organisasi.
