Abstract

Badan usaha adalah sebuah perkumpulan orang dan atau modal yang bersatu untuk melakukan usaha ataupun tidak melakukan usaha, yang didalamnya meliputi beberapa bentuk perseroan yaitu perseroan terbatas, perseroan komanditer, dan lain-lainnya. Perbedaan tujuan koperasi dan tujuan badan usaha lain sering kali menjadi perdebatan, padahal pada dasarnya tujuan koperasi dan badan usaha lain adalah sama, dalam perspektif manajemen keuangan tujuan didirikannya sebuah badan usaha adalah untuk meningkatkan kemakmuran pemiliknya. Dalam penyusunan makalah ini penulis menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dan berbagai riset dari website-website di internet. . Perbedaan antara koperasi, bums dan bumn terletak dari modal dan pembagian keuntungannya. Antara koperasi dan gotong royong memiliki persamaan, akan tetapi juga memiliki perbedaan yang Koperasi lahir karena desakan ekonomi, sedangkan gotong royong tercipta sewaktu-waktu diperlukan dan setelah selesai dibubarkan
