Abstract

Dalam Ekonomi Islam, terdapat Paradigma Syariah atau Cara Pandang dari Perspektif Islam yang merupakan hasil penggalian dari para ulama, baik itu dari Al-Qur’an, Hadist, Ijma’ Sahabat, dan juga Qiyas. 1) Hukum asal perbuatan adalah terikat dengan hukum syara’ 2) Hukum asal dari benda adalah mubah selama tidak ada dalil yang mengharamkan 3) Apabila ada hukum syara’ diterapkan maka akan ada kemashlahatan.
