Abstract

Dalam artikel ini menjelaskan metode penyelesaian hadis-hadis mukhtalif, Hadits Mukhtalif adalah hadis yang tampak kontradiktif, dalam hadis ini diperlukannya penyelesaian kontradiksi antar hadis dengan menggunakan teori/metode mukhtalif hadis. Ketika mempelajari hadis terdapat pada hadis-hadis yang bertentangan pada matan hadis, menurut para ulama hadis mengenai hal ini maka munculah teori/metode penyelesaian mukhtalif hadis, untuk menyelesaikan kontradiksi antar hadis menggunakan teori mukhtalif hadis, dalam ilmu mukhtalif hadis jika tampak dua hadis yang kontradiktif maka diselesaikan dengan mengkompromikan keduanya ( al-jam’u wataufiq), yang keduanya adalah metode nasakh dan kemudian metode tarjih, jika ketiga metode tersebut tidak dapat diselesaikan maka opsi terakhir adalah tawaqquf. Maka dari itu artikel ini membahas tentang metode penyelesaian hadis-hadis mukhtalif.
