Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Procedure for Home Ownership Loans at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Cabang Pembantu Bukittinggi. This study uses a data collection method used is a qualitative method, namely an explanation or description of the results of the study as well as a description that compares theory and application in the field. In the procedure of granting Home Ownership credit, where will the ladies-in-waiting go, PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Cabang Pembantu Bukittinggi must be able to develop a better plan so that credit development can be further improved.
