Abstract

A. Definisi dan Prinsip Islam Sistem keuangan menggambarkan kegiatan perpindahan dana dari pihak yang memiliki dana berlebihan kepada pihak yang membutuhkan tambahan dana, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Secara umum, sistem keuangan dapat dikategorikan dalam dua bentuk, yaitu market-based industry dan bank-based industry. Sistem keuangan juga dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi sistem keuangan konvensional dan sistem keuangan syariah. Dalam Islam selain sistem keuangan harus berjalan dengan baik sesuai tugasnya, pun harus mengikuti norma-norma yang selaras dengan ajaran Islam. Menurut (ISRA, 2015). Kebebasan dalam bertransaksi Peniadaan riba, gharar, dan maysir Pelarangan manipulasi dan invertensi harga Kesempatan untuk bertransaksi dengan harga yang adil Keakutan dan keseimbangan informasi Kebebasan dan kerusakan Pelaksanaan kerja sama dan ikatan persaudaraan B. Fungsi dan Karakteristik Sistem Keuangan Islam Dalam sistem ekonomi islam, uang hanya berfungsi sebagai media/alat pertukaran (medium of exchange) dan sebagai standar ukuran harga (unit of account).
