Abstract

Bank Syariah merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan yang tugasnya memberikan pembiayaan dan tugas-tugas lainnya dalam lalu lintas pembayaran serta peredaran uang yang pengelolaannya disesuaikan dengan prinsip syariah islam. Dalam memberikan pembiayaan dan layanan jasa kepada nasabah bank syariah melakukan berbagai terobosan, beberapa terobosannya adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang ada pada era saat ini. Dalam industri perbankan syariah sebagai pelayanan jasa, kepuasan nasabah merupakan hal yang utama dan penting. Jika tidak memperoleh apa yang diharapkan maka nasabah akan dengan mudah beralih ke Bank lain. Sesuai fakta tersebut maka industri perbankan dipaksa untuk kreatif dalam menciptakan produk keunggulan bersaing (competitive advantage) di tengah persaingan yang ketat.
