Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai sistem informasi penjualan buket berbasis web untuk mempermudah pembelian barang tanpa harus mendapatkan informasi dengan cara menelpon dan Whatsapp sehingga terjadi kekeliruan dalam pelayanan pelanggan. Buket May Flowers sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2021 dan sudah melewati berbagai perubahan, namun seiring peningkatan pelanggan banyak perubahan-perubahan yang harus dilakukan. Seperti, persediaan bahan baku yang dibutuhkan harus sesuai pesanan dan ide rangkaian buket yang harus lebih unik dan menarik. Sering terjadi kerugian pada setiap pengusaha buket seperti harga jual menjadi rendah jika tidak ada acara-acara penting yang terjadi seperti wisuda dan acara ulang tahun, pengadaan alat-alat yang dibutuhkan tidak tersedia dengan segera, dan tidak tersedia contoh buket sesuai pesanan maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi manajemen di Buket May Flowers berbasis website. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan semua data-data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang kami dapat bahwa sistem informasi penjualan buket berbasis web dapat memberi kemudahan pada masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang penjualan dan informasi produk-produk terbaru yang ditawarkan oleh Buket May Flowers. Sistem penjualan ini juga dapat membantu kinerja admin yaitu dengan mudah menambah, mengganti & menghapus data.
