Abstract

Mốc thời gian 2030 của các Mục tiêu Phát triển Bền vững của Liên hợp quốc (SDG) đang tới gần. Cũng như đối với các mục tiêu phát triển bền vững khác, tiến trình chạm tới Mục tiêu Phát triển Bền vững số 4 (SGD4 - Đảm bảo giáo dục chất lượng toàn diện và công bằng) càng trở nên thách thức, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh khoảng cách công nghệ ngày càng rộng và nhu cầu giáo dục đang phát triển . Bức tranh giáo dục phổ thông toàn cầu năm 2024 phản ánh sự tương tác phức tạp giữa đổi mới, công bằng và quyền cơ bản về giáo dục chất lượng. Báo cáo Giám sát Giáo dục Toàn cầu của UNESCO (GEM – Global Education Monitor Report) cho rằng năm 2024 đánh dấu một bước ngoặt quan trọng trong quá trình chuyển đổi từ phục hồi hậu đại dịch sang cải cách có hệ thống của các hệ thống giáo dục trên toàn thế giới. Báo cáo Theo dõi Tài chính Giáo dục do nhóm Ngân hàng Thế giới (World Bank) và Viện Thống kê UNESCO thực hiện đã phân tích ba nhóm tác nhân chính định hình sự chuyển đổi trong chính sách và thực hành giáo dục toàn cầu: (i) Tiến bộ công nghệ nhanh chóng; (ii) Thay đổi trong nhu cầu lực lượng lao động; và (iii) Nhận thức ngày càng tăng về vai trò của giáo dục trong việc giải quyết các thách thức toàn cầu.
