Abstract

Woman entrepreneur sering dikaitkan dengan isu kesetaraan gender. Menurut penulis, sebenarnya dalam berwirausaha tidak memandang gender sebagai poin utamanya. Jika dikaitkan dengan pembuatan model bisnis, karakteristik yang harus dimiliki seorang entrepreneur memegang peranan yang lebih penting dibandingkan dengan perbedaan gender. Dalam membuat model bisnis yang diharapkan dapat bertahan lama, gender bukan merupakan faktor penting yang akan mempengaruhi model bisnis. Wanita dapat membuat model bisnis yang sustainable dengan kegigihan, ketekunan, dan pemahamannya sendiri terkait bisnis yang dijalankan.
