Abstract

Sistem ekonomi sosialis mulai dijelaskan oleh Karl Marx dalam bukunya Das Kapital. System ini merupakan suatu kritikan kepada system ekonomi kapitalis yang dikatakan telah gagal mewujudkan sebuah system ekonomi yang stabil (BS Bakhri, 2011). George STiger dalam buku Mark Skousen “”Sejarah Pemikiran Ekonomi Maestro” menyatakan terkait dengan kapitalisme merupakan gaya ekonomi yang memeiliki kebebasan, persaingan bebas dan kepemilikan pribadi (Sirajuddin, Tamsir 2019) .System ekonomi sosialis merupakan kebalikan dari system ekonomi kapitalis, dimana kapitalisme menyerahkan segala siklus ekonomi sepenuhnya kepada mekanisme pasar yang ada. Sedangkan pada system ekonomi sosialis, di mana pemerintah memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam roda perekonomian suatu Negara (Tho’in M, 2015).
