Ekonomi Islam Sebagai Solusi Pengupahan Tenaga Kerja

Abstract

Islam sebagai risalah samawi yang universal, datang untuk menangani kehidupan manusia dalam berbagai aspek, baik dalam aspek spiritual, maupun aspek material. Ekonomi Islam secara bahasa berarti al-qashdu yaitu pertengahan dan berkeadilan. Kegiatan produksi suatu perusahaan atau organisasi didorong oleh salah satu faktor yang berperan besar yaitu tenaga kerja, akan tetapi keberadaan tenaga kerja tidak didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana serta manajemen yang baik dan manusiawi sehingga tenaga kerja yang diharapkan tidak sesuai harapan. Permasalahan yang paling krusial dalam ketenagakerjaan adalah menyangkut pemberian kompensasi atau upah yang harus diberikan oleh pihak yang mempekerjakan kepada pihak yang dipekerjakan, inilah yang menjadi kunci masalah dalam ketenagakerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bahwa ekonomi Islam dapat menjadi solusi dalam pengupahan tenaga kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, menggunakan data sekunder dari beberapa sumber yang dianggap relevan dengan tema penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menguraikan tentang sistem pengupahan tenaga kerja dalam Islam melalui akad ijarah. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi Islam sebagai solusi pengupahan tenaga kerja dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan akad ijarah.
