Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem pengendalian manajemen terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada PT. INDOJAYA. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik sampel menggunakan purposive sampling berjumlah 32 responden yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian akuntansi dan karyawan yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam bidang penganggaran di kawasan perusahaan PT. INDOJAYA. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian manajemen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan pengendalian internal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
