Abstract

Di masa yang terus berkembang dari waktu ke waktu dengan cepat, sebagai karyawan pasti selalu dituntut untuk bisa beradaptasi dengan cepat dan bisa mengikuti perubahan yang terus terjadi. Ada berbagai pengertian tentang agility. Pada intinya agility bisa membuat karyawan lebih berkembang dan memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang lebih kompleks. Untuk menjadi individu atau karyawan yang agile menurut Sherehiy dan Karwowski (2014) karyawan atau individu harus bersifat proaktif, mampu beradaptasi, dan memiliki resiliensi tinggi. Employee agility bisa membuat perusahaan akan lebih sukses di masa depan karena sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas tinggi.
