Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan suatu usaha yang dilakukan secara sadar (disengaja) dalam membantu manusia memahami, peduli dan menerapkan suatu nilai-nilai inti. Dengan adanya pendidikan karakter diharapkan watak dan kepribadian seorang peserta didik dapat terbentuk. Integrasi pendidikan karakter sangat penting dalam perkembangan moral peserta didik. Dalam perkembangan zaman sangat menuntut perkembangan moralitas, kedisiplinan dan intelektualitas peserta didik agar mampu bersaing di dunia kerja dan juga dalam menjalani kehidupan yang akan mereka hadapi kedepannya.
