Abstract

Currently, the uncertainty of global economic conditions makes every company in Indonesia have to adapt and change based on the principles of GCG (Good Corporate Governance) in an orderly manner to survive. Business people in Indonesia are required to always update, innovate and create diversification in order to survive in the midst of increasingly fierce business competition. This has made many companies try the latest management systems to deal with global economic disruptions in the hope that the company will be sustainable and adaptive to the times.
