Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin cepat diikuti dengan perubahan ekomoni berbasis industri menuju ekonomi berbasis informasi mengakibatkan perubahan yang cukup signifikan terhadap proses bisnis dalam sebuah organisasi. (Nugroho, 2012). Hal ini terjadi diberbagai sisi keidupan manusia. Kita lihat apa yang terjadi akibat tenologi hari ini: transaksi non-tunai, layanan delivery makanan, pesanan, titipan, berbelanja online, konsultasi dengan dokter secara online, belajar secara online, dan lain-lain. Proses bisnis telah berubah 1900 dan semua perushaan harus menyesuaikan, jika tidak maka akan kalah dalam kompetisi. Salah satu tujuan dari tata kelola IT berkaitan dengan upaya pengurangan resiko yang didorong oleh akuntabilitas yang menempel pada organisasi (Nugroho, 2012)
