Abstract
Tambourine art training is essential in maintaining the harmony of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) women in Tangkil Tengah, Kedungwuni sub-district, Pekalongan district. This tambourine art has strong religious values and is used to increase faith and piety. The role of tambourine art training provides various benefits for NU mothers. First, this training allows mothers to develop their skills and abilities in tambourine art. They learn about rhythm, melody, and harmony in the tambourine Josiah to become skilled and qualified players. This gives them a high sense of confidence and respect for their skills. This article describes the role of tambourine art training in maintaining the harmony of NU women in Tangkil Tengah village, Kedungwuni sub-district, Pekalongan district. Tambourine art training plays a significant role in maintaining the balance of Nahdlatul Ulama members. Through this training, NU women can develop tambourine art skills. This article will be comprehensive and specific about how the role of Josiah tambourine training is in the village of Tangkil Tengah, Kedungwuni sub-district, Pekalongan district. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a field approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The role of tambourine art training plays a significant role in maintaining the harmony of Nahdlatul Ulama members. Through this training, NU women can develop tambourine art skills.
