Abstract

ABSTRAK Makalah ini berjudul menganalisis industry dan para pesaing. Dalam makalah ini mengkaji tentang tata cara mengidentifikasi pesaing dan strategi pesaing, tujuan dari pesaing, dan tata cara memperkirakan kekuatan dan kelemahan pesaing. Persaingan bisnis merupakan hal yang wajar di dunia perindustrian. Setiap perusahaan berlomba menawarkan berbagai macam keunggulan dan manfaat produk yang dipasarkannya dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan. Dalam menghadapi persaingan tersebut, manajemen perusahaan harus cerdik dalam menciptakan ikatan tertentu antara produk yang ditawarkannya dengan konsumen. Tujuan di buatnya makalah ini tentunya ialah memenuhi tugas dari mata kuliah manajemen pemasaran perbankan syariah selain itu ialah untuk lebih memahami bagaimana proses penganalisaan industry dan para pesaing.
