Abstract

Makanan lokal memiliki potensi besar sebagai sumber kewirausahaan berkelanjutan yang dapat mendukung pelestarian lingkungan. Dalam pengembangan wirausaha makanan lokal, kita dapat memanfaatkan keunikan makanan lokal, meningkatkan ekonomi lokal, mengurangi jejak karbon, memanfaatkan bahan-bahan lokal yang berkelanjutan, mempromosikan budaya dan warisan lokal, dan meningkatkan diversifikasi pangan. Kolaborasi antara sektor publik dan swasta, serta pemanfaatan teknologi yang tepat, juga merupakan kunci keberhasilan dalam mengembangkan wirausaha makanan lokal yang berkelanjutan. Dengan memanfaatkan potensi ini, kita dapat menciptakan masa depan yang lebih berkelanjutan bagi lingkungan dan masyarakat kita.
