Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi desentralisasi, dekonsentrasi dan tugas pembantuan sebagai asas otonomi daerah NKRI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif yang bersifat preskriptif dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa desentralisasi, dekonsentrasi dan tugas pembantuan sangat penting guna menjaga keutuhan NKRI. Ketiga asas tersebut menjadi jembatan kemandirian daerah dengan tetap di bawah binaan dan pengawasan pemerintah pusat, sehingga pemerintahan tidak terpusat (sentral) pada satu sisi dan di sisi lain daerah juga tidak “terlepaskan” sebagaimana negara bagian dalam negara yang berbentuk federasi.
