Abstract

Kelompok kerja adalah kelompok yang terdiri dari dua atau lebih orang yang saling mempengaruhi dan saling tergantung yang datang bersama-sama untuk mencapai sasaran tertentu. Komunikasi organisasi merupakan bentuk pertukaran pesan antar unit-unit komunikasi yang berada di dalam suatu organisasi. Organisasi terdiri dari unit-unit komunikasi dalam hubungan hubungan hierarkis antara yang satu dengan yang lainnya dan berfungsi dalam suatu lingkungan.
