Abstract

Organizational structure is the way of an organization in managing the resources involved in it. The organizational structure is also the right way to place resources, especially human beings as an important part of the organization in a relationship that is interrelated and interacts in an effort to realize the organizational goals to be achieved. This study aims to analyze the types of organizational structure, span of control, delegation of authority, environmental and organizational design and its relation to the organizational structure at KOPMA. This study uses a qualitative approach in the form of a literature study to describe the problem under study. Where the data collection technique used is library research and research originating from various sources such as interviews, ebooks, journal articles and other reference sources deemed necessary to complete the research/study conducted by the author. The results of the study show that the types of organizational structure are divided into seven types where KOPMA itself adheres to a functional organizational type. The general chairman of the Kopma himself oversees 24 administrators. Each of the fields in KOPMA has duties and authorities that must be carried out.
