Peran Kecerdasan Spiritual (Spiritual Quotient) Dan Kecerdasan Dalam Menghadapi Rintangan (Adversity Quotient) Untuk Meningkatkan Etos Kerja Sdm

Abstract

Era globalisasi tidak hanya ditandai oleh dominasi teknologi informasi dan ekonomi yang berbasis pengetahuan, tetapi juga SDM yang dituntut mampu mengembangkan diri secara proaktif, menjadi manusia pembelajar dan bekerja keras. SDM yang mampu bersaing di era globalisasi adalah yang mempunyai etos kerja tinggi. Mereka menganggap bekerja sebagai rahmat, amanah, sebuah panggilan, sarana aktualisasi diri, ibadah, seni, kehormatan dan pelayanan. Jika SDM mempunyai ciri-ciri tersebut, maka perusahaan akan memperoleh SDM yang mempunyai keikhlasan dan ketangguhan dalam menghadapi persaingan global. Agar memperoleh SDM yang mempunyai etos kerja tinggi, salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan adalah identifikasi dan pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan dalam menghadapi rintangan. SDM yang mempunyai kecerdasan spiritual tinggi akan memaknai pekerjaan sebagai sebuah panggilan hati. Pengembangan kecerdasan dalam menghadapi rintangan dapat menciptakan SDM yang tangguh dan tabah dalam menghadapi persaingan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memahami peran kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan dalam menghadapi rintangan untuk meningkatkan etos kerja SDM.
