Abstract

Wakaf dalam kegiatan perekonomian Islam mempunyai tujuan untuk kemanusian serta mensejahterahkan umat atau masyarakat. Pada umumnya wakaf dikenal masyarakat sebagai merelakan tanah yang dimiliki untuk kepentingan keagamaan ataupun untuk kepentingan sosial seperti untuk pembangunan musholla, masjid, maupun untuk sekolah.Manajemen pengelolaan wakaf merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam mengelola setiap harta wakaf. Berfungsi atau tidaknya sangat tergantung pada kinerja Nazhir dalam mengelola wakaf. Apabila pengelola wakaf kurang memahami dalam mengelola harta benda wakaf, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan potensi harta wakaf untuk mensejahterakan perekonomian masyarakat menjadi tidak optimal.
