Abstract

Kinerja Perusahaan sangat penting dalam dunia industri modern, Strategi pengembangan perusahaan yang berkelanjutan akan mengarah pada keunggulan kompetitif yang lebih baik serta menghasilkan kinerja perusahaan yang lebih tinggi untuk mengukur suatu performa perusahaan. Kinerja Perusahaan melakukan kegiatan pencarian eksternal guna mengakses arus informasi baru yang berkelanjutan tentang teknologi dan pasar, dengan demikian perusahaan melakukan indikator kinerja untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka beradaptasi dengan lingkungan persaingan yang semakin gencar.
