Pengaruh Harga, Kelengkapan Produk Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Dalam Berbelanja Di Toko Kautsar Lowayu Dukun Gresik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kelengkapan produk, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di toko Kautsar Lowayu Dukun Gresik. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Dimana data yang sudah diperoleh dianalisis dan diolah menggunakan progam SPSS 16.0. Dari hasil analisis uji t masing-masing variabel independen, nilai t hitung X1 sebesar 2.472 dan nilai t hitung X2 sebesar 2.893 dan nilai t hitung X3 sebesar 7.432, dengan demikian t hitung dari masing-masing variabel lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1.968, maka dapat disimpulkan secara parsial ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari masingmasing variabel independen (harga, kelengkapan produk, dan kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (kepuasan konsumen) di toko Kautsar. Dan dari uji f secara bersama-sama diperoleh f hitung sebesar 68.490 sedangkan nilai f tabel sebesar 2.638, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara harga, kelengkapan produk, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di toko Kautsar.
