Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis TIK dibutuhkan dalam rangka membangun jejaring (network) baik di tingkat internal maupun eksternal organisasi (perusahaan). Berbagai platform media sosial, seperti Facebook, Twitter, dan YouTube juga telah menjadi bagian tidak terpisahkan dari aktivitas komunikasi bisnis Akan tetapi, teknologi yang ada. Di satu sisi, kehadiran teknologi sangat membantu kemudahan dan kecepatan dalam proses komunikasi Namun, di sisi lain, penggunaan teknologi yang tidak tepat guna (inappropriate) dapat menjadi kontraproduktif bagi para karyawan di perusahaan. Etika berkomunikasi dalam era media digital khusunya media sosial sangat diperlukan, khusunya bagi remaja dan pengguna lainnya yang belum mempunyai rasa tanggung jawab atas perilakunya. Untuk merespon rasa ketidaknyamanan para pengguna komunikasi digital. Dunia digital tidak hanya menawarkan peluang dan manfaat besar bagi publik dan kepentingan bisnis. Namun juga memberikan tantangan terhadap segala bidang kehidupan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi dalam kehidupan.Penggunaan bermacam teknologi memang sangat memudahkan kehidupan, namun gaya hidup digital pun akan makin bergantung pada penggunaan ponsel dan komputer.
