Abstract

Rantai pasokan elektronik memungkinkan untuk menghubungkan pemasok dengan pelanggan dengan bertukar informasi secara instan. Organisasi memiliki persediaan yang cukup bila diperlukan. Tidak akan ada kekurangan atau kelebihan persediaan. Kekurangan persediaan menurunkan reputasi perusahaan. Demikian juga, kelebihan persediaan memblokir dana perusahaan yang tidak perlu. Manajemen rantai pasokan untuk real estat adalah pengelolaan individu, properti, proses, vendor, dan aset untuk mengirimkan barang atau layanan kepada pelanggan real estat. SCM mencakup pengelolaan total aktivitas pembelian real estat, penjualan, atau penyewaan area, bangunan, atau perumahan. Industri real estate adalah salah satu industri yang paling dinamis dan diakui secara global yang terdiri dari empat sub-sektor – perumahan, ritel, perhotelan dan komersial.
