Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan sebuah alat yang digunakan untuk melihat sejauh mana proses pembelajaran yang mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik. Kurikulum tidak terlepas dari sebuah proses pembelajaran serta pengalaman dalam belajar itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini kurikulum tidak hanya diperlukan dalam pendidikan formal, namun dalam pendidikan informal sekalipun sangat dibutuhkan, sebab kurikulum juga merupakan pondasi yang kuat dalam sebuah pembelajaran di dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain kurikulum pendidikan agama Kristen untuk ibadah yang berorientasi pada etos kerja Kristen bagi pegawai pemerintah di Balai Kota Propinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel ditetapkan menggunakan model sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling). Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang pegawai Kristen yang terdiri pengurus ibadah dan peserta ibadah. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model deskripsi analisis.
