Abstract

Финансовая стратегия – это, безусловно, одна из важных составляющих глобальной стратегии любой компании. Это говорит о том, что цели и задачи финансовой стратегии обязательным образом должны коррелировать с общим стратегическим планом. Существуют некоторые условия, которые обусловливают собой весь ход разработки финансовой стратегии. В качестве одного из самых главных можно назвать стремительное ускорение постоянных изменений макроэкономической обстановки в мире. Изменчивый характер технологического роста, несовершенство финансовых рынков и проводимой политики в экономической сфере, общая нестабильность финансовой среды накладывают определенный отпечаток на управление корпоративными финансами. Финансовая стратегия обязана учитывать как можно большее количество таких макро-факторов в целях наиболее эффективного ведения своей деятельности. Financial strategy is, of course, one of the important components of the global strategy of any company. This suggests that the goals and objectives of the financial strategy must necessarily correlate with the overall strategic plan. There are some conditions that determine the entire course of developing a financial strategy. One of the most important is the rapid acceleration of constant changes in the macroeconomic environment in the world. The changeable nature of technological growth, the imperfection of financial markets and the ongoing policy in the economic sphere, the general instability of the financial environment leave a certain imprint on corporate finance management. The financial strategy must take into account as many of these macro-factors as possible in order to most effectively conduct its activities.
