Abstract

Produk kosmetik saat ini telah menjadi kebutuhan manusia baik pria maupun wanita. Kualitas produk yang baik akan mempengaruhi tingkat kedatangan konsumen untuk membeli skincare, terutama skincare tubuh atau yang sering disebut dengan bodycare. Konsumen pasti akan memilih kualitas yang bagus dan yang cocok bagi kulitnya masing – masing, Karena pendapatan terbesar suatu e-commerce berasal dari kunjungan konsumen yang ingin melakukan perawatan, terutama perawatan tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelanggaran bodycare non BPOM pada shopee. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif yaitu dengan cara mencari informasi dan memberikan gambaran tentang fenomena yang ada, didefinisikan dengan jelas tujuan yang akan dicapai, merencanakan cara pendekatannya, mengumpulkan data sebagai bahan untuk membuat laporan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa harga bodycare dishopee relatif lebih murah dibandingkan pada Web resmi pemilik produk bodycare tersebut.
