Abstract
The enforcement of Work Discipline can not be left to the employees solely but must also be supported by good leadership and support from management. Therefore, this study aims to determine how much influence the trust of followers and leader behavior attributes to the discipline of work and whether management support affect employee discipline of West Sumatra Provincial Transport Department with a sample of 77 people. The hypothesis tested in this study were (1) Trust Followers and Leaders Behavioral Attributes significant effect on employee Discipline Transportation Agency of West Sumatra Province. (2) Management Support has a significant effect on Working Discipline of Department of Transportation employee of West Sumatera Province. Results of the study revealed: (1) to the variable trust follower (X1) does not affect the work discipline employees of the Department of Transportation West Sumatra and (2) variable management support (X2) significantly influence Work Discipline (Y) employees of the Department of Transportation West Sumatra Province. To improve labor discipline employees of the Department of Transportation West Sumatra Province can be accomplished by (1) For Decision Makers Kebijaka: Provide support to the fullest against an employee who has been carrying out its obligations, especially in the enforcement of Work Discipline, Giving awards or rewards for employees who have been able to maintain and increase Discipline working within the organization (2) For staff of Department of Transportation, West Sumatra Province: Improving work Discipline in organizations, maintain and realize an effective working environment and fun, Contributing in any area of the issued and (3) For other researchers can be used as material further studies in doing research to expand and develop research variables that researchers do.
