Abstract

Ambidexterity adalah kemampuan organisasi dalam berinovasi secara ekspoloratif maupun ekploitatif. Seringkali ambidexterity bisa berpengaruh kepada efektivitas suatu bisnis. Penulis melakukan beberapa review terhadap paper atau jurnal mengenai ambidexterity untuk mengetahui secara detail mengenai ambidexterity. Pada beberapa jurnal mengatakan bahwa ambidexterity bisa berdampak terhadap keefektifan organisasi melalui agility dari karyawan dan ada beberapa penunjang lainnya.
