Abstract

Konteks pembangunan dewasa dengan berbagai permasalahanbaik secara mikro maupun secara makro yang penuh dengandinamika dan tantangan baik dari dalam maupun dari luar ,menghendaki terjadinya sinergitas dalam semua aspek dalamkonteks pembangunan suatu Negara, mengingat kondisipembangunan yang membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul,dalam realita dilapangan bahwa suatupembangunandalam suatu bidang perlu bersinergis dengan bidang lain,sehingga dalam perjalanannya dapat saling mendukung dansaling bekerjasama, untuk itu aspek kepemimpinan, manajemen, administrasi,birokrasi dan kebijakan perlu selarasberjalan dengan aspek ekonomi yang terintegratif, buku inimenyajikan sejumlah kondisi danfakta yang terjadi dalamsuatuproses pembangunan yang melibatkan banyak variable yang paling terkait
