Abstract

Kisah nyata tentang bagaimana Ray Kroc, seorang salesman yang kesusahan asal Illinois, bertemu dengan Mac dan Dick McDonald, dua bersaudara yang menjalankan bisnis burger pada tahun 1950 di California Selatan. Ray Kroc sangat terkesan dengan sistem cepat saji yang diterapkan oleh McDonald bersaudara tersebut. Ia pun menggali informasi lebih dalam mengenai latar belakang McDonald’s dari Mac dan Dick McDonald. Setelah mengetahui kisah di balik McDonald’s, Ray Kroc melihat peluang emas untuk membuka bisnis franchise. Ray Kroc segera mengarahkan dirinya untuk berusaha mengambil alih bisnis tersebut dari tangan McDonald bersaudara dan menciptakan sebuah perusahaan multi-miliar dollar.
