Abstract

Keberhasilan seseorang dalam dunia bisnis ditentukan seberapa baik mereka melakukan komunikasi, seperti halnya yang terlibat dalam dunia usaha/ bisnis ketika tidak dapat melakukan komunikasi akan sulit untuk bersaing dalam dunia bisnis, karena dalam dunia bisnis digunakan hukum kausalitas (hubungan sebab akibat), para pelaku bisnis rela membayar mahal biaya publikasi/ reklame untuk satu jenis produk. Jadi walaupun komunikasi dan bisnis merupakan disiplin ilmu yang sangat berbeda akan tetapi komunikasi sangat penting dalam dunia bisnis.
