Abstract

Laporan keuangan dapat dengan jelas memperlihatkan gambaran kondisi keuangan dari perusahaan. Laporan keuangan yang merupakan hasil dari kegiatan operasi normal perusahaan akan memberikan informasi keuangan yang berguna bagi entitas-entitas di dalam perusahaan itu sendiri maupun entitas-entitas lain diluar perusahaan oleh karena itu untuk mengetahui Kinerja laporan keuangan tersebut kita memerlukan suatu analisis, analisis analisis ini lah yang harus dipahami oleh kita baik sebagai manajemen perusahaan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan ataupun sebagai investor jika kita ingin menginvestasikan harta kita terhadap suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu untuk Membantu penganalisis agar mengetahui keadaan dan perkembangan keuangan perusahaan kita bisa menggunakan analisis rasio seperti: rasio aktivitas, rasio likuiditas, rasio provitabilitas, dan rasio harga pasar selain itu bisa juga digunakan analisis lain seperti sistem du pont, common size, perbandingan dan sebagainya untuk menganalisa suatu perusahaan tersebut. Oleh sebab itu maka diperlukanlah pemahaman yang matang untuk mengkaji laporan keuangan suatu perusahaan untuk melakukan tindakan atau pun pengambilan keputusan.
