Abstract

Sistem Informasi sangat penting dalam menentukan pilihan yang lebih tepat sehingga membutuhkan perhatian terhadap isu dan informasi elektif dalam menangani suatu isu. Sistem Informasi manajemen digunakan untuk semua asosiasi, baik pemerintah maupun swasta. Sifat tersebut bergantung pada 3 (tiga) hal, yaitu data yang tepat, penting, dan ideal. Komponen-komponen dalam dinamika yang harus diperhatikan adalah: alasan dinamika, pengenalan pilihan-pilihan selektif dengan mengurusi masalah, pertimbangan variabel yang belum dapat diketahui atau masa lalu manusia, metode atau alat yang digunakan untuk menilai. Dan mengukur efek samping dari suatu pilihan. Batasan dan kesulitan di bidang SIM SDM mengkaji dan memberikan sedikit motivasi untuk merekomendasikan kelangsungan kerangka data dewan dalam siklus dinamis di (SDM) kantor eksekutif
