Strategi Penguatan Etika Pemerintahan

Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, ada banyak hal yang belum berjalan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Banyaknya penyelewengan yang terjadi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintah, disebabkan oleh melemahnya etika pemerintahan sehingga diperlukan strategi dalam rangka penguatan etika pemerintahan. Etika dan kaya akan rasa malu dalam melakukan tindakan menyimpang harus menjadi pijakan dalam bertindak dan melakukan pelayanan publik. Dengan memberikan fokus yang besar terhadap penggunaan etika dan moral dalam bertindak, maka sistem tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik atau Good Governance dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Studi Kepustakaan. Data-data yang telah diperoleh oleh peneliti akan dianalisis dan ditarik kesimpulannya. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dalam rangka penguatan etika pemerintahan, dibuat beberapa aturan sebagai strategi dalam upaya percepatan perwujudannya.
